1. Services Provided
Scoop My Pets Poop offers professional pet waste removal services, including:
- One-time cleanups
- Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly subscriptions
- Add-on services such as odor removal and sanitization
Limitations:
- We do not service farms or properties with aggressive dogs.
- We do not haul away pet waste unless explicitly agreed upon during sign-up. Additional charges will apply for waste disposal.
2. Payment & Billing
- All payments are processed through Stripe.
- We require prepayment on the first of the month for all recurring services.
- Payments will be billed automatically through Stripe’s recurring billing system, unless another arrangement is agreed upon.
- If a payment fails, service may be suspended until payment is received.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Customers can cancel at any time with a 48-hour notice before the next billing cycle.
- If already billed, there are no refunds, but we will complete the remaining billing period.
- If we choose to terminate service, we will issue a refund for any unused portion of the billing cycle.
4. Service Guarantee & Customer Responsibilities
- We guarantee our service quality. If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours to request a redo.
- Customers must provide unrestricted access to the service area.
- If we arrive and cannot access the premises, we will attempt to contact you. If access is not granted within 15 minutes, the visit will be rescheduled.
5. Liability & Disclaimers
- We are not responsible for damages to lawns, pets, or property.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
- We are not liable for pet injuries, illnesses, or damages resulting from pet waste removal services.
6. Weather & Rescheduling
- We work in most weather conditions if it is safe.
- If rescheduling is necessary due to extreme weather, we will notify you via email and/or text message.
7. Employee & Service Conduct
- Our employees wear official uniforms.
- By signing up for our service, you authorize us to enter your property to perform scheduled cleanups without additional approval.
- If access is denied, we will contact you. If we cannot enter within 15 minutes, we will reschedule.
